UV-SIL X-6690 Reworkable UV CURE ADHESIVE

喬越集團「研發中心」開發環保綠色產品--UV-SIL X-6690邊緣補強可重工紫外光固化接著膠，經由簡單、快速的邊緣補強技術，大幅提升微型化設備的可信賴性。
UV-SIL X-6690藉由熱風槍短暫加熱150℃後，可輕鬆移除且不殘膠，避免重工時，導致晶片及元件損壞的情況。材料自身的斷裂延伸率可達280%，能夠有效吸收衝擊力，減少微型化電子設備，因摔落、震動時，導致晶片、元件脫落，造成電子設備運作異常。

Sil-More Group's R&D Center has launched an environment friendly green product, UV-curing re-workable adhesive UV-SIL X-6690 for edge bonding. UV-SIL X-6690 can be simply dispensed and cure in seconds and provides excellent adhesion for RAMs in batch production, and improve reliability of electronics.
UV-SIL X-6690 can be easily removed and no adhesive residue by heat up to 150°C for 30 seconds with hot air gun, to improve the recycling of electronic components. The elongation at break of this product can be reached to 280%, it can absorb the shock force to avoid the falling and vibration to make electronic components faulty.
