Optical Lay-up Station (Dual)

1. The Optical Lay-up Station (OLS-D) is a fully automated system covering panel registration, material loading, and unloading processes. Key features include weld bars and weld heads that automatically adjust to different panel sizes and welding positions. Designed for high-volume manufacturing environments, the system features dual welding stations for maximum throughput. While one panel is being welded, another can be aligned simultaneously, significantly increasing overall output efficiency.
2. All OLS systems come standard with SmartWeld™ induction welding technology combined with an optical alignment system. These technologies eliminate the need for traditional mechanical fixtures, increasing process flexibility. By shortening cycle times and reducing operating costs, it provides superior layer-to-layer alignment accuracy compared to traditional pin systems.
3. Equipped with an optical alignment system, the OLS-D precisely aligns and clamps multiple PCB layers in sequence. Subsequently, SmartWeld™ induction welding technology fuses the aligned multilayer boards, securing and locking alignment accuracy at multiple positions along the panel edges.
4. To further enhance alignment accuracy, the system includes key features such as a barcode scanner for error proofing. It also includes thickness measurement for inner layers and prepreg for validation, ensuring stable and reliable process quality.
